World Vision Canada is a leading humanitarian and international development agency. To address the growing human need in an increasingly unstable world, World Vision is committed to increasing individual giving. We were engaged to develop a strategy and roadmap for lead management capabilities to improve performance across the donor acquisition journey. To do so, we uncovered and prioritised opportunities to increase reach, collect first-party data, capture and nurture leads to conversion using a multistep omnichannel approach. We have since been engaged to support implementation of the roadmap.
